Con Alma’s Executive Director Dolores E. Roybal is heading to Washington D.C. next week to present at a White House-sponsored forum on how to improve access and quality of health care to rural residents. This is an issue dear to Con Alma’s heart. In all of our work, we partner and collaborate to improve health in New Mexico with an emphasis on rural and undeserved communities.
It is an incredible honor for the White House Rural Council to include Con Alma Health Foundation. At the July 22-23 meeting, Dolores will talk about coverage expansion and changes to rural health care markets under the Affordable Care Act.
