Con Alma works with partners in New Mexico to improve health and work toward HEALTH EQUITY, when everyone has an equal chance at living a healthy life regardless of zip code, ethnicity or income. As a statewide foundation we place a special focus on supporting culturally diverse, rural, and tribal communities, as well as the uninsured and under-served.

Nonprofits that work to improve health in New Mexico can now apply for a grant from Con Alma Health Foundation. Nonprofits are invited to apply for small grants starting April 18. The statewide foundation will accept technical grant applications starting April 25.

In a separate grant cycle, Con Alma and the Hospital Auxiliary for Los Alamos Medical Center, working together as the Northern New Mexico Health Grant Group, will accept grant applications starting April 18 for nonprofits that serve Los Alamos, Rio Arriba and northern Santa Fe counties. Grants are intended to address unmet health needs in the tri-county area.
