Con Alma Grantee Multimedia Guidelines

Oct 10, 2020

Congratulations on your grant approval!

Your work is important and worthy of media attention. Publicity and media coverage will help ensure the success of the funded project, your organization, and Con Alma Health Foundation. To help you communicate the impact of your work we have provided a few guidelines.

Con Alma Health Foundation is always interested in capturing the stories of our grantees. Compelling storytelling helps communicate the importance of supporting projects like yours. We often feature stories and/or photos of our grantees in our marketing materials, including our social media, website, and annual report. Telling your story helps us tell our story! If you have a story that you would like to share, please contact Dennis McCutcheon, Communications and Outreach Coordinator.

Social Media
We’d love to help publicize your work by highlighting it on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. If your organization uses any of these social media sites, mention us or tag us, and we’ll be sure to reciprocate and do our best to re-post information you share about your grant related work:

You can also share project photos and other news in our newly launched Grantee Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/cahfgrantees

If your organization does not use social media, now is a great time to consider jumping on board and sharing news with your network! Let us know if you have questions or need a hand.

Our Name and Logo
Please use “Con Alma Health Foundation” when referring to the organization. If you would like to feature our logo on print or online materials relating to your grant, we would be happy to provide you with a high-resolution file. Please contact Communications and Outreach Coordinator Dennis McCutcheon with a note briefly describing the materials and how you plan to feature the logo, and he will send you the file.

Keep in Touch
A grant from Con Alma Health Foundation is a partnership. Your story is our story. We love it when grant recipients share pictures of programs or events, success stories, or any other newsworthy items! If you have a special event or program you will be hosting in conjunction with this grant, let us know!
