2020 National Day of Racial Healing

Jan 14, 2020

Con Alma Health Foundation is pleased to continue our participation in the fourth annual National Day of Racial Healing on Jan. 21, 2020. As someone who is deeply invested in our work, we’ll hope you join us too.

Racism affects all of us, regardless of our backgrounds or circumstances. We all live in a world born from historic injustices that have led to broken systems and division, where we don’t know one another and our shared history. These significant challenges will not be solved by one individual or group. To ensure our communities are free of systemic injustice, we must come together to heal, exploring, and unraveling the deeply held racial biases of the past. These biases are what keep us from unleashing our collective energy and potential.

A simple way to participate is by tuning in for a national livestream on the day at 9 a.m. ET via the W.K. Kellogg Foundation’s YouTube Channel, at dayofracialhealing.org.

And, you are invited to engage in Actions Across New Mexico and at the State Capitol on Deconstructing Racism in New Mexico DayThursday, February 13, 2020
