Visionary Circle Fund
10 years ago, Con Alma Health Foundation was sparked by the vision of its founding members and has grown with the guidance of many partners and collaborators along the way. For its 10th Anniversary, Con Alma Health Foundation will be celebrating the work of its more than 400 grantees and the investment of more than $10 million dollars to improve health in New Mexico.
In honor of the founding vision to dedicate a foundation to improving health in New Mexico, we invite you to join the Visionary Circle. This special fund supports Con Alma Health Foundation grant making and initiatives that help achieve health equity in New Mexico.
The fund supports:
- Convening, connecting and funding collaborative solutions that originate from communities.
- Meeting match requirements for grants from national foundations.
- Initiatives that promote systemic change and improve health in New Mexico.
100% of your contribution will go toward these purposes.
